SafeSip Selected as Top 10 Finalist in Global AgriInno Challenge 2025
SafeSip, an innovative solution dedicated to improving access to safe drinking water, is proud to announce its selection as one of the Top 10 Finalists in the Global AgriInno Challenge 2025. Out of a record-breaking 519 applications from 95 countries, SafeSip’s ground-breaking work has been recognized for its potential to transform agri-food systems through sustainable water access solutions.
The Global AgriInno Challenge, co-organized by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), Zhejiang University (ZJU), and Pinduoduo, seeks to accelerate and scale youth-led innovations that drive inclusive recovery and digital transformation in agri-food systems. This year’s competition attracted a record number of submissions despite a shortened open call period, highlighting the increasing importance of youth innovation in addressing global challenges.

As one of the Top 10 Finalists, SafeSip will participate in a series of training sessions and present its solution at the final pitch event, scheduled for August 29, 2025, in Hangzhou, China. The final event provides a unique opportunity for global leaders, investors, and organizations to support impactful innovations that can scale to make a difference in the global food and water sectors.
